Effective September 2, 2026. This notice covers abrasax.technology. Wizard.skin, PrometheOS, and Abrasax Store are separate products with their own practices and notices.

Our hosting infrastructure may also record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. The site uses a session cookie for authorized administrative functions; we do not use advertising trackers.

We use submitted information to respond to you, evaluate and deliver requested services, maintain records of our conversation, protect the site from abuse, and operate and improve the website. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be handled by providers that help us operate the site and communicate with you, including our hosting infrastructure and Zoho for email delivery. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legitimate business records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use transport encryption and access controls appropriate to the information, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing hello@abrasax.technology. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.
